2 charged over cannabis

A 42-YEAR-OLD man and a 40-year-old woman were arrested yesterday by Alyangula police and charged with drug and alcohol offences.

The pair was charged with possessing cannabis and possessing liquor in a restricted area after a search of a Groote Eylandt outstation.
