Two strikes for drug house

POLICE will apply for the second drug house notice in three months for a Palmerston residence, following a raid on Monday.

Police executed a search warrant on the Moulden property and said they seized 120g of cannabis as well as drug equipment.

The property's 36-year-old owner and the 34-year-old occupant will face cannabis possession charges.

The property was issued with its first drug house notice in July 2005 and if a third notice is issued, the house will be publically declared a drug house.
