Saving on paperwork

WILL the Martin Labor Government now introduce a law that prohibits smoking or licking canetoads as part of its American-inspired zero tolerance on illicit drug use?

If not kava, alcohol, marijuana, petrol, pharmaceutical drugs, etc., what does Clare Martin propose people use to cope with an insane world where your worth to society is directly related to your income.

Now, if the NT Labor Government were to prohibit depression, maybe people would stop misusing drugs. It would save a lot of paperwork.
