Licking Cane Toads

Will the Martin Labor Government now introduce a law that prohibits smoking or licking Cane Toads as part of its American inspired 'zero tolerance' on illicit drug use?

If not kava, alcohol, marijuana, petrol, pharmaceutical drugs, etc, etc; what does Clare Martin propose people use to cope with an insane world where your 'worth' to society is directly related to your income.

Now, if the NT Labor Government were to prohibit depression, maybe people would stop misusing drugs. It would save a lot of paperwork.
