The Network Against Prohibition (NAP) is a group dedicated to promoting and protecting the health and human rights of illicit drug users around the globe as well as the rights of those living in communities in developing countries who rely on opium, coca, cannabis etc for their survival! NAP originally formed in Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia, however, an expansion is underway.

Support Stuart and Justin at court today

Two Darwin-based social justice activists face sentencing at Darwin Magistrates Court today for trespass charges arising from a protest against Prime Minister John Howard in Darwin in September last year.


Well known NAP activist Stuart Highway has been told to expect a custodial sentence.


Social justice and environmental activist Justin Tutty will also be sentenced today.


The pair, convicted on July 29, will be sentenced by Magistrate John Lowndes at 9.30am.
