Court adjourned {Bill-pasting and Parliament Invasion sentencing}

Tomorrow's bill-pasting hearing before the full bench of the NT Supreme Court has been vacated (it isn't happening tomorrow).


This appeal will be held when the full bench of the court sits sometime after October 31.


In another adjournment, the parliament invaders have had their appeal against sentence which was set down for the 15th and 16th of September, vacated. This appeal cannot go ahead until the appeal against conviction to the full bench for the same matter, which will be heard on the 31st of October.
