NAP threatened with contempt proceedings

This week Napatista Scott White received a letter from Senior Crown Prosecutor Antony Elliot in which Elliot threatened to take contempt action over a letter to the editor of the NT News written by Scott. We have just released a media alert on this development.

The Territory Times also published Scott's letter today.
