Butter is better

Police raided a Palmerston home and found 25g of cannabis "plant material" as the charge before Darwin Magistrates Court said. As well, they found 50g of cannabis butter in the freezer. Magistrate John Lowndes inquired if the Cannabis in the butter was included in the 25g. Prosecutor Sergeant Gavin Kennedy said it was not. The magistrate said he did not know how one could quantify the amount of cannabis in the butter. "Neither do I" said Sgt Kennedy. So no charge was laid over the butter.
