Reaching top gear in reverse

Some election watchers have noted Clare Martin's tough stance on anti-social behaviour seems to closely resemble the CLP's old Public Order and Anti-social Conduct Act. The Martin Government repealed the Act in June 2002 - because it was "ineffective".
