Qld man admits to counterfeiting, drugs charges

A 29-year-old Queensland man has pleaded guilty in the Northern Territory Supreme Court to manufacturing more than 1,000 counterfeit $100 notes.


Justin Lee Bellas also pleaded guilty to manufacturing, possessing and supplying methylamphetamines and using stolen credit cards and counterfeit money to purchase goods.


Bellas is facing 77 charges relating to offences in the Northern Territory and Queensland between late 2003 and mid 2004.


Bellas has been in custody since he was arrested in Darwin in July last year.
