Parking bust

A man parked his car in a police bay at Darwin's Mitchell Centre and went shopping on Friday afternoon. Two officers arrived, wondered why someone had parked in their spot, opened the car door and found a stash of cannabis and $5000 in cash. The driver returned, angrily demanded to know what was going on and was arrested.
