Ema Corro wins appeal - Decision

On Friday the 20th of May, Chief Justice of the NT Supreme Court, Brian Martin, handed down his decision in Ema Corro's appeal against conviction for the bullshit "aggravated assault" charge arising from the parliament invasion.

Ema won the appeal, the conviction has been set aside and the case will be remitted to the Magistrate's Court for rehearing.
