Potty old men

While making submissions on sentencing for a 70-year-old client, counsel asked Justice David Angel if he could remember the case of Edward Braham, who was in his 80s when he grew the last of at least 5 canabis crops. The judge said: "I remember it well. As soon as he was let out of prison, he grew more drugs." Edward "Teddy" Braham died in Queensland in November 2001, at the ripe old age of 87.
