Please note dates for some court cases have been amended.

We have added Stuart Highway's victims of crime case against the NT Police... this will be heard tomorrow at the local court (magistrates) at 2pm. Come along a bit earlier to find out what court room it is in.

The pre-trial conference set down for December 1st has been moved to 7th December at 9am at the Supreme Court and this will be followed by the Local Government Review Tribunal hearing in the local court (magistrates) at 10am.

We had the incorrect date for the mention in the magistrate's court for the summary offences arising from the 6th smoke-in and the occupation of Clare Martin's office. The correct date is the 8th of December, not the 9th.

And... finally we can bring you the dates for the trial of the century as Scott White takes on the NT Police State in a trial by jury for his role in the parliament invasion. This trial is set down for 8 to 10 days commencing on the 21st of February and then again on the 18th of July. See you there.
