Shed drug raid

A shed had been halved to create a home and a growing room, police discovered when they raided it for drugs.

Seventeen cannabis seedlings were found growing in a rear section of the building in Berrimah during a police raid on Wednesday - several small deal bags of cannabis were also discovered.

"Seventeen plants has the potential to be quite a large illegal crop," Supt Kris Evans said.

A 39-year-old man and a 27-year-old man were charged.
