Police seize cannabis, cash from Darwin home

A 31-year-old man has been charged with drug-related offences after Darwin police allegedly seized cannabis and cash from his home.


Police executed a search warrant on the Tiwi property on Friday night as part of a lengthy investigation into the supply of cannabis in the northern suburbs.


It is alleged they found 475 grams of cannabis, with an estimated street value of $7,000, as well as $2,800 in cash.


The man has been charged with possessing a trafficable quantity of cannabis and supplying cannabis.
