NAPNT in the Media

The Network Against Prohibition (NAP) is a group dedicated to promoting and protecting the health and human rights of illicit drug users around the globe as well as the rights of those living in communities in developing countries who rely on opium, coca, cannabis etc for their survival! NAP originally formed in Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia, however, an expansion is underway.

Dope Permits

Darwin City Council alderman are in a tizz over Network Against Prohibition members smoking doobies at a rally on council property.

A letter has been written to NAP asking them to show cause why future permits should be issued "as it seemed cannabis was used after police left the scene last week."

The council also sought legal advice about prosecuting NAP members for putting up illegal posters but police said they hadn’t seen who did it.
