Update on court situation.

Rob, Gary and Stuart appeared in the NT Supreme Court in Darwin this morning to appeal against their conviction for trespass after occupying the office of the NT Chief Health Officer last year.

The Chief Health Officer, had revoked the schedule 8 prescribing license of Dr Henry Pang, which meant that he could not prescribe opiates to his 40 opiate dependant patients. Many of these people were left with no option but to leave the Northern Territory.

Today Rob, Gary and Stuart gave passionate speeches to Justice Bailey, who has adjourned the matter and will give his decision in Court 10 at 4,oopm today Darwin time (Australian Central Standard Time).
