The Parliament Invasion hearing for the appeal against the conviction for disturbing the legislative assembly has been adjourned until the 4th of February 2004 for mention, because Greg Shanahan, the Executive Officer of the NT Supreme Court didn't pay us the courtesy of responding to our letter requesting a free copy of the transcript.


Rob, Gary and Stuart will still be in court on Wednesday to appeal the conviction for trespassing in the office of the NT Chief Health Officer.
