Appeal conviction – Contempt of Court

2pm – NT Supreme Court, Darwin

Thursday 27th November 2003

Nicolette is appealing her conviction last year for contempt of court from Magistrate Daynor Trigg. • Write a letter to the editor of your local paper

This last point is very important. If all of the members of the NAP network wrote one letter per week to the NT News ntnmail@ntn.newsltd.com.au and say,
The Australian letters@theaustralian.com.au they would be inundated with letters.

It only takes about 15 minutes to put a short sharp letter to the editor together.

Respond to all of the bullshit you see in the newspaper and on the idiot box. As Col Friel says in his letter to the editor of the NT News, our voices have not been silenced, they just can’t be heard. So get out there, try and commit to writing one letter to the editor per week. In fact, why don’t you write one right now!

And always remember to send a copy of the letter to the editor to us email nap office by clicking here

For more info about writing letters to the editor see http://www.mapinc.org/resource/
