The Network Against Prohibition (NAP) is a group dedicated to promoting and protecting the health and human rights of illicit drug users around the globe as well as the rights of those living in communities in developing countries who rely on opium, coca, cannabis etc for their survival! NAP originally formed in Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia, however, an expansion is underway.

Luke is still in prison. As he only has one visit per week, NAP crew will be unable to visit him. We all hope that Luke is doing ok in Berrimah.


The NT Administrator has received the letter from Stuart Highway who wrote on behalf of NAP requesting a pardon for Luke. Our request has been handed onto the NT Attorney-general for advice. The Attorney-general is none other than Peter Toyne, architect of the Drug House Laws. We don't hold out much hope.
