Welcome to the website of the Network Against Prohibition NT (NAP)

NAP is a network of drug users who have had enough of the war on drugs and the zero tolerance approach to illicit drugs in Australia and around the world.

NAP is committed to:

Using Non-violent direct action to end the war on drugs and

Educating the Community about the devastating effect the war on drugs has on our community.

We hope to expand our activities next year to include a range of other programs and activities.

In September 2003, NAP will host the 1st International Conference on Using Direct Action to End the War on Drugs. The conference will form part of the 2nd Darwin International Syringe Festival and already, drug user activists from around the world are set to make tracks to Darwin to take part in these important events.

This year's syringe festival will include an art competition, our regular community smoke-in, a DOOF and heaps of other activities.
