Court waits on report

The sentencing of a second young man who pleaded guilty to invading the Territory Parliament last year was adjourned again yesterday.

Aaron Stallard-Bryce, 20, was to have a home detention assessment done and sentenced yesterday.

Defence lawyer Ian Read told Magistrate Dick Wallace a home detention report had not been done because of confusion over an address.

Mr Wallace ordered the reports and adjourned sentencing to July 28.

Last week, Mr Wallace sentenced Luke Stan Masters, 20, who pleaded guilty, to 120 hours of community work.
