NAPNT in the Media

The Network Against Prohibition (NAP) is a group dedicated to promoting and protecting the health and human rights of illicit drug users around the globe as well as the rights of those living in communities in developing countries who rely on opium, coca, cannabis etc for their survival! NAP originally formed in Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia, however, an expansion is underway.

Up in smoke

Darwin’s legions of cannabis smokers can return to their beds this morning after they were wrongly called to arms in yesterday’s NT and Beyond.

The item incorrectly reported a rally would be held in front of the Darwin police station today during which pot smokers would present law enforcers with statutory declarations admitting to smoking marijuana. The get-together is actually next Friday – and NT and Beyond denies marijuana ingestion contributed to the mistake.
