Pipe dream

Darwin’s marijuana smokers have been called to arms to campaign against the Government’s planned new drug laws. The Network Against Prohibition wants smokers to assemble in front of the Darwin police station in Smith St tomorrow to present law enforcers with statutory declarations admitting they smoke cannabis. What a pipe dream. The average smoker wouldn’t have the motivation to leave the house to attend a protest.
