90cm joint to centre in cannabis protest action

Marijuana enthusiasts are threatening to smoke a 90cm joint as part of protest action in a central Darwin park tomorrow. Network Against Prohibition spokesman Gary Meyerhoff said a prototype of the "three foot joint" had been successfully tested.
